Pesto Pizza



                                                   A very delicious pizza

Ingredients

Dough (from the previous recipe)

1 tsp butter at room temperature 

Basil pesto

Your choice of veggies (for this recipe I used 1/2 bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 4-5 cremini mushrooms, 1 tomato, 2 green onions)

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (or a cheese blend

You can add meat of your choice, such as ham or pepperoni.


Step-by-step instructions: 

1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. Butter a baking/ pizza dish and arrange a thin layer of the dough

3. Spread butter on the dough and cover evenly with pesto sauce

4. Cut the veggies and arrange them on the dough. (You may add some salt and pepper to taste). Top with the cheese.





4. Bake for approximately 10 min until crisp. Add fresh basil leaves moments before taking it out of the oven.
